Warranty Coverage
The warranty of the plow you have purchased is valid for 1 year for the components in contact with the soil, against structural and manufacturing faults, and for 2 years for the upper chassis component and tractor connection mechanism.
Conditions such as deformation, aging and wear of parts that work by contacting the ground due to use are not covered by the warranty.
All kinds of damage and defects such as bending, bending, breaking, cracking that occur during the manufacturing, storage or shipping processes and that will prevent the use of the machine or cause the structural form of the machine to deteriorate are covered by the warranty.
Scratches that may occur on the painted parts of the plow parts during the storage and shipping processes are not covered by the warranty.
Cases Out of Warranty
When choosing a plow, make sure that it is suitable for the horsepower of your tractor. If you connect the plow you bought to a tractor that is more powerful than the horsepower it needs, it will be difficult for you to feel that the machine is struggling. In these cases, your machine may be damaged and out of warranty.
It is not recommended to use this plow in fields with high stone content. If used, your plow may be out of warranty. You should choose Plow With Bolt Safety or Automatic Plows for plowing on stony lands.
It is important that you correctly connect the machine you purchased to your tractor. After connecting the machine to the tractor, the upper chassis must be adjusted to be parallel to the soil surface. In addition, make sure that you make the necessary 10 cm swing adjustments for the plow to move freely in the soil; You can control this setting by holding the back of the plow and shaking it. Do not forget that in case of damage to the machine, which is not connected correctly, it will be out of warranty!
Before using the plow you have purchased, make sure to check whether it is broken, cracked or has an error preventing use. If you encounter a negative situation, be sure to contact us and report the situation. This will ensure a healthier process of the warranty process.
Operating the purchased plow in any job other than its intended use will cause your machine to be out of warranty.
Transport Guarantee
Our company is under warranty until the plow you have purchased is delivered to you by the transport vehicle. This warranty covers all kinds of damages, excluding scratches on the plow surface.
Payment Guarantee
Our company takes care to deliver the products you purchase within the estimated delivery time written on the product pages. You will be informed if the delivery times of the products you have purchased are prolonged due to any reason.
If it is understood that the product cannot be delivered for any reason after you purchase the product, the payment you made for the product will be returned to you within 3 days after the payment date.
In case you return the machine you purchased; After the machine reaches us and is checked, the return fee is returned to you with the payment method you made when purchasing it (such as wire transfer-eft or credit card) within 3 days after your payment date.
Enforcement of Warranty
If the machine you purchased is damaged during transportation, you should take at least three pictures that can be seen from different angles and send it to us, which will clearly show the damage to the machine before using it. The pictures you send will be evaluated as soon as possible. If the machine you have purchased has been severely damaged and cannot be used, it will be replaced by a new one by our company. However, if the damage is at a level that you can fix by your own means, a new part of the damaged part will be sent to you immediately.
If you realize that any part is missing after receiving the machine, contact us and the missing part will be delivered to you as soon as possible.
If you detect a production defect, structural defect or malfunction after receiving the machine, you can get help by contacting us. In such cases, you will be directed to the authorized service to correct the error. If there is no possibility to send an authorized service to your region, the machine will be taken from you, repaired and delivered to you.
In case the machine fails during operation, you should take at least three pictures so that we can understand the malfunction, provided that they are at the place where the malfunction occurred. In addition, you will be asked for pictures of the last drawing that the machine worked before it malfunctioned. Please take these pictures and send them to us. In order for the fault to be resolved as soon as possible, spare parts or service support will be provided to you, depending on the situation.

Optimum model rotary plows are designed to plow in medium-heavy soil conditions, sparse and medium-sized stony fields. You should not buy this plow model for heavier soil conditions and for fields with high stone content. For fields with a very high stone ratio, please check our automatic rotary or gas rotary plows. Rotary plows are ahead of other plows with many features. The most important of these features are that they do not harm the land leveling during plowing, that they can easily switch between field and road positions, that they are easy to use on stony lands thanks to the safety pins in the processing units and that the processing depth can be adjusted easily with the help of the rubber wheel system on it. All parts of our Aydın plow brand plows that come into contact with the soil are made of hardened boron steel by heat treatment. Chassis heights and row spacing of the plows have been optimized to provide the best plow experience. Thanks to the fully twisted helix type lugs, our plows completely overturn the soil and prevent the leveling disorders caused by the soil layers leaning against each other during the tillage. It offers a very long service life thanks to its special alloy strong and weldless profile chassis structure.
Things to pay attention
Before purchasing a plow, please check its compatibility with the horsepower of the tractor you will use.
A plow that is too big for your tractor will cause your tractor to burn more fuel. At the same time, forcing the tractor to pull the plow will damage the pressure lining system. If the tractor has difficulty pulling the plow and is skidding, it will cause the tractor's rear wheels to wear very quickly.
The horsepower calculations given to you among the technical specifications have been made according to the single-wheel drive tractors, considering that the plow has the minimum row size, that is, the minimum working width; If your tractor is double wheel drive, consider 10-15% less than the given hp.
Every 1cm increase in Plow Working width requires 0.4-0.6 hp of extra power in your tractor; Please take this into account if you are going to buy a plow with a wide working range.
Increasing the amount of interrow processing in your plow will cause the plow to leave a larger clod on the field. For this reason, if you are not going to use it on plants that have the risk of clogging the plow, such as corn, do not choose plows with a larger working width between rows.
Plow ear dimensions increase the ploughing depth, but have no effect on the working width of the plow. Therefore, when choosing a plow, choose the appropriate ear size for the depth you will process. This will allow your tractor to burn less fuel.
